We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate seating preferences, dietary requirements, allergies, celebration requests and other notes provided in advance. However, such requests remain subject to availability, menu suitability, venue layout and operational feasibility, and are not guaranteed.

For allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us before your visit. While we will take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens due to shared preparation areas and supplier handling.

6. Cancellation, Deposits, Minimum Spend and No-Shows

Certain reservations may be subject to deposit, prepayment, credit card authorisation, minimum spend, cancellation fees, late arrival policies, or no-show charges.

This may apply to, among others, private dining, group reservations, weddings, corporate bookings, special menus, festive periods, promotional events, ticketed experiences or full/partial venue hire.

The applicable terms will be communicated through the booking page, confirmation email, proposal, invoice, payment link, event agreement or other written communication.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Camille may release or cancel a table if guests arrive late without informing us.

No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits, prepayments or booking fees.

Deposits, prepayments and event-related payments may be non-refundable.

Changes to date, time, party size or event details are subject to availability and our written confirmation.

For private events, weddings, corporate bookings or venue hire, the specific terms set out in the event proposal, invoice, contract or confirmation will prevail if there is any inconsistency with these Terms & Conditions.

7. Menus, Prices, Availability and Operating Hours

Menus, dishes, beverages, ingredients, prices, packages, promotions, images and operating hours shown on this website are provided for general reference only.
